卡百利的音乐，鼓点沉稳而中规中矩；吉他偶尔的突显，在拨动琴弦的同时也拨动了心弦；贝司则是天马行空；女声清丽而独到，感觉就仿佛是在高处迎风而唱。卡百利音乐中庸懒的气息泛着丝丝的惆怅与落寞，使得听歌的我们的脑中不禁浮现出种种意象。仿佛看见一个孤独的女子在时光里静静行走，落寞的望着天边风起云涌，身后有成群的飞鸟飞过，留下翅膀拍打空气时的寂寞声响。突然间想起了卡百利乐队的一首歌曲《When you are gone》，中文翻译是《当你远离》。歌里唱到“……当你远离时，我会想念你……”感觉就应该是这样的落寞与惆怅吧。
